Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RankLens. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

RankLens provides SEO reporting and monitoring: search performance analytics, local rank tracking, AI answer visibility, competitor analysis, and related tools. Data comes from third-party sources (including Google APIs and SEO data providers) and is provided "as is" — rankings and estimates can differ from what any individual user sees in live search results.

Accounts

• You're responsible for your credentials and for the users you create (agency and client logins).
• You must have the right to connect the websites and Google properties you add.
• You may not resell raw data feeds, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until canceled. Metered add-ons (extra keywords, on-demand scans) appear on your next invoice; each is confirmed in the app before it's incurred.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues through the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
• If a payment fails, your account may be limited to read-only until the payment method is updated. Data keeps collecting during that time.
• Agencies that bill their own clients do so through their own Stripe account; that relationship is between the agency and its client.

Your data

Your clients' performance data belongs to you. We use it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you close your account we delete it.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; we won't materially reduce what your plan includes without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. The service provides reporting — business decisions based on it are yours.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
